Registration:
At the time you enroll your child in one of our Core classes, you will be charged the full amount of the class. Additionally, some classes may have a materials fee that is payable to the instructor on the first day of class either cash or via Venmo.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you notify us more than 7 days prior to the first class, we will issue a refund (minus processing fees), or we can give you a credit for you to apply the funds to a future class. This credit will remain in your account for 1 year. It is your responsibility to contact us to reschedule.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first class. There are no refunds for no shows.
Release of Liability & Responsibilities:
Each child’s parent or guardian must sign a waiver and a photo release before the start of each course.
We do not tolerate disruptive behavior in class and reserve the right to dismiss any student, without refund. We may also refuse future enrollment to a student with a history of unacceptable behavior.
Class Start Time:
We are teaching at the UCSD Extension Building in University City, located at Interstate 805 at Governor Drive. Instruction will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please keep in mind traffic at this time of day and give yourself plenty of time to get there. We hope you can bring your child to class 10-15 minutes early so that the session can start on time.
